Court Administrator Midas Marquez is grilled by Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) member retired SC Justice Angelina Sandoval-Gutierrez on martial law in Mindanao by President Rodrigo Duterte. Marquez said he does not see the need of the Congress to convene on martial law, but deferred answering directly to other questions because they are pending with the Supreme Court. Marquez is a nominee for SC Associate Justice replacing the retiring Bienvenido Reyes.
