    1. Look if we the people of the PHil. smart enough and participate with Govt. programs..no more political differences we will achieved our goal. for our country

    2. Are the DAP/PDAP funds, foreign contributions to the country intended for natural disasters relief subject to Commission on Audit investigations? Government funded projects must all undergo close scrutiny by the Commission on Audit to ensure that the government funds are being utilized for its intended purposes and not being systematically funneled under some corruption scheme carefully crafted by those who control the money. There is a great need for an over sight/control on how funds are being expended at all govt levels. The Freedom of Information Act could prove to be useful to inform the public how their hard earned money is being used by the govt.
